What is the minimum age and which documents are needed?
Rental is open from the age of 18. You must present a valid driving licence and photo ID — a national identity card or passport. These documents are checked before any reservation is confirmed.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required for every rental. Its amount depends on the chosen vehicle and is communicated when you enquire, before any confirmation. It is returned once the car comes back in good condition.
How is my reservation secured?
To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to one third of the total price is required. It is paid offline, never on the website. Without this deposit, no reservation is guaranteed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash, TWINT, Revolut, card and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). Every payment is settled offline, directly with our team. No payment is ever taken on the website.
Where do I collect the vehicle?
Our agency is at avenue Louis-Casaï 71, 1216 Meyrin, two minutes from Geneva Airport. Airport pick-up is complimentary. Delivery elsewhere is available on request, at an extra charge.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, Friday from 9 am to 8 pm, Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm. Everything is by appointment: arrange a time slot when you enquire.
How many kilometres are included?
The included mileage depends on the vehicle and the length of the rental. It is set and confirmed with you at the enquiry stage, before any agreement. Additional kilometres can be arranged to suit your plans.
Is the vehicle insured?
Yes, every vehicle is insured. The cover conditions and any excess are set out in the rental contract, which you sign before departure. Our team goes through them with you when you enquire.
Do you offer a chauffeur service?
Yes, we offer chauffeur-driven transfers. The dedicated fleet includes the Mercedes GLS Maybach, Mercedes V-Class, BMW X7 M50i as well as the Mercedes C-Class and S-Class. Mention it in your enquiry to receive a proposal.
How do I make a rental enquiry?
Send your enquiry through the website form, by e-mail or on Instagram (@bullrent.ch). Our team gets back to you to check your documents, agree on the rate, mileage and deposit, then confirm once the down payment is made. No reservation is ever completed automatically online.
