General rental terms (summary)

1. Purpose. These terms govern the rental of vehicles, with or without a chauffeur, offered by [Company name to be completed]. No booking and no payment take place online: every rental is concluded through a contract signed at the agency or upon delivery.

2. Driver. Minimum age 18. A valid driving licence and photo ID (national identity card or passport) are required and checked before the reservation. Only drivers named in the contract may drive.

3. Reservation and down payment. A deposit equal to one third of the total price secures the reservation; without it, no reservation is guaranteed. The down payment is settled offline (bank transfer, cash, TWINT, Revolut, card or cryptocurrency).

4. Security deposit. A security deposit, the amount of which depends on the vehicle, is taken at pick-up and returned after the car is brought back in good condition.

5. Mileage and territory. The included mileage is agreed at the enquiry stage, depending on the vehicle and duration; extra kilometres and trips outside Switzerland are subject to prior approval.

6. Insurance. Every vehicle is insured; the cover conditions and any excess are set out in the contract.

7. Pick-up and delivery. Pick-up takes place at the agency, avenue Louis-Casaï 71, 1216 Meyrin, by appointment. Geneva Airport pick-up is complimentary; any delivery elsewhere is on request and charged.

8. Return. At the agreed date, time and place, in the condition it left in. Late return, missing fuel and excessive cleaning may be charged as per the contract.
