2. Data we collect

We only collect data you provide to us: identity and contact details (name, e-mail, phone), the content of your enquiries (vehicle, dates, message), preferred language and — when a contract is concluded — the documents required by law (driving licence, ID). Newsletter sign-up requires only your e-mail address.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Your data is used exclusively to: handle your rental enquiries (pre-contractual measures), draw up and perform contracts (contractual obligation), send our newsletter if you opted in (consent, revocable at any time), and meet our Swiss legal obligations. No data is ever sold or shared for advertising purposes.

4. Retention

Enquiries without follow-up: 24 months at most. Contracts and accounting records: 10 years (Swiss legal requirement). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

5. Recipients and hosting

Data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva). It is accessible only to our team and, where necessary, to service providers bound by confidentiality (e.g. a transporter for a delivery). No transfer outside Switzerland/EU without appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

Under the nFADP and GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent. Write to contact@bullrent.online; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your local authority.
