Documents and minimum age

Rentals are open from the age of 18. Bring a valid driving licence together with an identity document — ID card or passport — which are checked before confirmation. A security deposit is required for every rental; its amount depends on the vehicle, is shared when you make your request, and is returned when the vehicle comes back in good condition. The booking is secured by a deposit of one third of the total, paid offline.

Opening hours and appointments

The agency welcomes you Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, Friday from 9 am to 8 pm, Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm. Every handover is by appointment, including an airport meet and greet: by noting your flight time in your request, we prepare the vehicle and coordinate the welcome with your arrival, even in the event of a slight delay.

The site does not take online bookings: your rental is confirmed through a simple contact request, handled by hand. Choose your vehicle, give your dates, your flight time and the collection address you would like, then send the form on the site.
