Picking up your car at Geneva Airport: how it works

Landing in Geneva and collecting your car a few minutes from the runway, with no detour: it is the number-one request from our international clients. Our agency is at Avenue Louis-Casaï 71 in Meyrin — two minutes from the airport. Here, step by step, is how an arrival pick-up works.

The agency, two minutes from the airport

Pick-up and drop-off at Geneva Airport (GVA) are complimentary. You can collect your car directly at the airport or stop by our Meyrin agency, a few minutes’ drive away. For any other address — hotel, home, resort — delivery is available on request, with a surcharge based on distance.

Before you arrive: the contact request

It all starts with a simple contact request: your dates, the car you want — be it a Ferrari 296 GTB or a luxury SUV — and, if you like, your flight number. Nothing is reserved or paid online. We confirm availability, the rate, the included mileage and the deposit amount, then prepare the file. The booking is only secured once the deposit has been paid.

The documents to present

Two documents are enough, to be shown at pick-up:

• a valid driving licence;
• an identity document (ID card or passport).

The minimum age is 18. We check the documents and validate the criteria before finalising: a matter of minutes when everything is prepared in advance.

Booking: the one-third deposit

To secure the booking, a deposit of one third of the total is required. Without a deposit, no dates are held. The balance and the security deposit are settled offline, at key hand-over: bank transfer, cash, TWINT, Revolut, card or crypto (BTC, USDT). The deposit amount depends on the vehicle and is confirmed to you when your booking is confirmed.

Hours and appointments

Everything is by appointment, within agency hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am–6 pm, Friday 9 am–8 pm, Saturday 11 am–5 pm and Sunday 11 am–7 pm (the preferred day for returns). Simply agree a slot in advance and we prepare the car for the appointed time.
